Across my career, the common thread has never really changed: spot what needs making, figure out how to make it well, then build the system that lets it happen again.
For the last fifteen years, that thread has led me through copywriting, content strategy, creative production, operations, SEO, paid media, and go-to-market work. My favourite puzzle to solve is making complicated ideas impossible to misunderstand, but also impossible to ignore.
These days, I help teams turn ambitious ideas into work that performs. Sometimes that's writing. Sometimes it's production. Sometimes it's fixing the workflow. Increasingly, it's spotting the moments where AI can transform an outcome, whether that's unlocking an idea, raising the quality of the creative, or making a team capable of far more than its size suggests. Whatever the approach, I care about the same result: work that's better, faster to produce, and worth paying attention to.
Outside work, I'm in Hackney, permanently compiling restaurant recommendations I'll probably never get through, and living with Bukowski, a cat whose contribution to the household remains largely theoretical.
